- Once your QBench production site is provisioned your assigned Project Manager (PM) will add one primary user to your site who can then add additional users. A QBench Invitation email from noreply@qbench.net will be auto generated to prompt the user to access their QBench site. Please check your spam filter if you do not see the email in your inbox.
- After opening the email and clicking the link provided you will be prompted to Set Password. Once you complete this step you will receive a Success confirmation. Click the link in the success message to access your login screen.
- Once you navigate back to your login screen, click the red Access QBench button before entering any credentials. A pop up will appear, enter your email & password and click Log In. Alternatively, you can select the Sign in with Google SSO to sign in using your Google account (requires activation during user setup).
- You're all set! Once you login you will be directed to your dashboard. From there you can navigate to your name in the upper right hand corner to access Settings, QBench Support or Log Out. Once you're familiar accessing QBench you will want to start adding your additional users. Please reference User Settings article for more information.
