Login Page
Logging into the Customer Portal will always require an e-mail and password. Please use the Sign In button indicated below. Customer Portal Users cannot use the “Are you a laboratory employee?” sign-in to view their Order Requests/Results.
Homepage
The home page for the Customer Portal shows recent sample results and reports. You can also search by Order ID, Sample ID, and other Sample-level fields visible in the Customer Portal. If you received an email that your Order has been published, but do not see the Order, please contact your lab!
Ordering Tests
On the top right-hand side of the page, you can click Create Order. You will then see New Order Request. You can then add Samples, select Tests that the lab provides, and Review and Confirm your order request.
You can upload attachments to your order request for the lab to receive. Examples: A photo of the sample or a sample description.
You can enter sample information.
Multiple Samples can be manually added to the order by clicking Add Another Sample. If you are adding Samples in bulk you can create multiple samples by downloading the Excel template, filling out the template, and uploading the Excel file. Alternatively, you can use the clone button to clone an existing Sample on the current Order Request.
You can select Tests that the lab offers under Select Test. You can add the Test to all Samples or individual Samples in your Order. Continue adding tests until you have all the tests required for your order. The estimated price can be shown under Order Request Total. If you have any questions/issues with pricing, please contact your lab. Then, review and confirm your Order.
Viewing Results
You can view test results by either; clicking Recent Sample Results on the home page, clicking Orders on the top righthand of the homepage, or typing the sample ID in the Search Bar. All samples will have a clickable link to view reports.
You can view the Order, Sample, and Test information that has been reported by the lab when clicking the Sample ID. Alongside information logged by technicians, you can view any Reports and Sample Labels (if published by the lab). If your laboratory has it available, you can utilize the Discussion Tab for sending and receiving comments.. There is also the Documents Tab where you can download attachments. If you are expecting to see a report or test results but do not see that information posted on this page, please contact your lab!
Account & Settings
By clicking on the profile icon at the top right, you can Switch Accounts, view and change your Settings, locate the Help Center, and Logout.
To switch between Customers, navigate to Profile → Switch Accounts, and select a Customer.
To set up Multi-Factor Authentication, navigate to Profile → Settings.
To view documents the Lab has uploaded, documents are available by navigating to Profile → Help Center.
