Reactivating an Obsolete Report

Navigate to Report Templates

Select your report

Navigate to the Design Tab

Select the obsolete report

”Revert” the report version
You actually cannot reactivate an obsolete report. Once it is obsolete, you can not use it again. What you can do is copy it, and make that copy active.

Create the copy of the report

Click on your new draft
Go to the Versions Tab and click on your new draft.

Approve the version
This makes the status of the report version pending.

Click on the Pending Button

Approve the report version

Confirm you are sure

Make the version active

A copy of your obsolete report version is now active
