Resetting a Forgotten Customer Portal Password

Select the Correct Link

To reset your QBench password you must use the correct password reset link.

If your lab is leveraging the QBench Customer Portal your login screen will look like this.

If the labs Customers forget their password they would select the “Forgot your Customer Portal password” link from the Home Screen.

Enter their email address > Click Reset > and follow the instructions sent to their inbox.

The Email Subject line should say “Customer Portal Password Reset” 

Go ahead and click the hyperlink in the body of the email

Enter in your new password.

Now click return to login screen.
