Resetting a Forgotten LIMS Password

This guide is for lab users using the Customer Portal V1.

If you’re a lab member, be sure to first select the red access QBench button.

Then select the “Forgot your QBench password” link 

Enter your email address > and follow the same instructions 

For labs that are not leveraging the QBench Customer Portal your login screen will look like this

To reset your password simply click “Forgot your password” enter your email and follow the same instructions sent to your inbox
