Resetting Password for Lab Users using Customer Portal V2

This guide is for lab users using Customer Portal V2.

If you’re a lab member, be sure to first select the Sign In button below "Are you a laboratory employee?".

Then select the “Forgot your QBench password” link.

Enter your email address, click Reset, and follow the instructions in the email.

For labs that are not leveraging the QBench Customer Portal, your login screen will look like this.

To reset your password, simply click “Forgot your password” enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
