- If you are an Admin, you will be able to change the general settings of QBench. To access general lab configuration, first click Configuration, then Application and finally General.
- This will open a page for General Settings. On this page will be several sections, the topmost being general QBench options.
- Note: if you tick the box next to Require a PIN when generating reports, you can set this PIN in the User Settings. See also User Settings.
- You can assign holidays after the general settings section. These can be included in calculations for completion or start dates.
- After this is the modules page. Here, you can choose aspects of QBench that you want active or inactive in your lab. See also Modules in QBench.
- The help center allows you to upload files and/or write a post to assist your workers.
- The help center can also appear on the main page. In order to do this, go to User Settings and then Dashboard. Then you must tick the box next to Show help center. The help center will then appear on the landing page of QBench.
