QBench allows for the creation of custom statuses for Orders and Tests. In order to create custom status, click on Configuration, then Application, and finally Fields and Data Types.
Click on the Custom Statuses tab. Here, you will be able to set custom statuses for orders and tests.
Orders have three subgroups into which statuses can be placed. The Parent Status is a dropdown menu that allows you to choose a family to which a status belongs. This means it would be grouped under CREATED, COMPLETED or CANCELLED. The Status Name is the name of this custom status. The Date Capture Field is simply the time that this status was changed.
Note that you cannot manually add in the time a status was changed; this is done internally within the QBench system.
After creating a status, you may then edit it by clicking the icon next to the name of the status, shown below. Note that you cannot put an edited status under a new status family. You can only change the name of this new status.
You can also delete a custom status by clicking on the trash can icon next to the edit icon, as shown below. Note that you must confirm deletion in order to remove the status.
Tests are identical to orders, except that there are four parent subgroups that a status can be put into, shown below.
Note that though there are edit buttons next to these subgroups, you cannot change the name.
