Know if my automation worked or not

Purpose

Once you’ve set up an automation, there is a way in QBench to know if your automation is working or not. The Automation Results page shows you if your automation worked or not, and more information on why it did.

Process

1. Navigate to Configuration > Application > Automation > Automation Results.

2. You will be redirected to a page called Automation Run History.

3. There should be a column named Status. This column shows you if your automation worked or not. If it worked, it will show Success. If the automation did not work, it will show Criteria Never Met and will also show you more information. If the automation failed, there will also be an indication called Failed, and will also provide you information why it failed.
