Adding a signature to your report template in QBench can be done quickly and easily in just a few steps.
Steps to Add a Signature
1. Select your username, then go to Settings and select "Add New Signature." Insert the signature name, text, and choose your signature file from your computer. Finally, add the signature.
2. Go to your report template.
3. Access the Report Template:
Navigate to the report template where you want to add your signature.
4. Select inside the template design box to choose the line where you want to add your signature.
5. Scroll to the upper right corner of the template design toolbar and choose "Insert variable."
6. For the top-level variable, select "signature." For available fields, choose "Image asset" and for subfield asset, choose "insert as image." Then insert at cursor to see the image placeholder for your signature in the template design area.
7. You can modify the width and height of your signature by holding down the "Control" or "Command" key and moving your cursor to resize the signature image.
Note that you have to choose the signature from the signature dropdown and hit preview in order to render it in the report.
