Create an email notification from Test List page when new items added to the filter

Purpose

The filter button on the Test list page can also serve as a feature to set up an email notification for when items are added to that filter. 

Process

To set up an email notification on the test list page, perform the following:

1. Go to the Test list page
2. Click the filter button and choose Email Options

3. A pop up should appear. To send and email when items are add please select the following:  Check the boxes for Enable filter emailing, Notify me when items are added to this filter, and Include all items in filter.

4. Click Save.

Expected Results

You should now be able to receive notifications whenever a test is added to your chosen filter.
