From the Workflow tab, click on Sources. This will lead to +New Source or All.
+New Source will open a new window where you can enter data for a new source. In order to create a new source, you must include a display name. Input fields can be changed on the Field and Data Types page. See also Fields and Data Types.
After saving this data at the bottom of the page, the window will reload. This new window will allow you to see Details, Samples (if attached to a sample under the samples page. See also Samples), Comments, and Attachments.
Clicking on Samples will show you all samples attached to a specific source. You can also remove a sample by clicking the trash can icon next to a sample you wish to remove.
Note: you must confirm deletion to remove a sample.
The next tab is the Comments tab. This is for internal comments within the lab.
After this is Attachments, where you can add files and and documents. You can also list notes or choose a new file name. When you are done, click the Upload button
After you click Upload, other users will then be able to download this file by clicking the downward pointing arrow.
You can also delete this attachment by clicking on the garbage can icon next to the arrow. Note that you must confirm deletion in order to remove the file.
Clicking on Workflow, then Sources, then All will take you to a page that lists all sources.
Click on a checkbox next to a source and then the Action button. You can make changes for these sources as seen below.
Project allows you to Add to new project, Add to existing project or Remove from project. If you wish to remove a source from a project, you must confirm this. See also Project Creation and Management.
Fill Structured Datasets allows you to fill (and attach) associated datasets to a source.
Download Structured Data and Download Unstructured Data will download datasets in .csv, .tsv, or HTML. See also Datasets in Workflow.
Delete Sources will delete a source. You must confirm deletion in order to remove a source.
